Another terrific value under this label (no surprise given Paul Lato makes it), the 2023 Pinot Noir is ruby-hued and reveals mulberries, flowery incense, spice, and exotic herbal tea notes. Destemmed and aged 18 months in 40% new French oak, it’s medium-bodied, balanced, and layered, with terrific complexity and outstanding length. Drink 2025-2030.
