MERITAGE WINE MARKET RETURN POLICY
Per California state law: wines can only be returned if contaminated, defective, or spoiled. In this instance, wines may be returned for credit or replacement within thirty days of purchase. All returned wines must be accompanied by a receipt.
All Sales are final on wines older than two years from the latest release.
All sales are final on consignment wines.
***HEAT AND WINE ARE NOT FRIENDS***
Here in California, the temperature inside a car can "push" corks and/or create seepage. For fine and rare wines, high temperatures can ruin the wine in minutes. The same also goes for cold temperatures. If wines get frozen or exposed to cold temperatures, wine can get damaged and push cork.
We will not accept wines with signs of heat damage.
