Castell D'Age is a third-generation, woman-owned winery based in Spain that specializes in Cava. All of their bottles are Demeter certified meaning that everything is organic and biodynamically farmed from their estates. The Cuvee Anne Marie Cava is a great introduction to the house’s style, showing elegance and length. It's jam-packed with flavors of Granny Smith and Golden Apples with some baking spices. Extended lees-aging imparts a toasty complexity that you normally find in Champagne and there's no dosage (0 grams of sugar added) so this is as dry as you can get!
