Dibon Brut Selección is sourced from estate vineyards located in the region of Vilafranca del Penedès (Barcelona). From a family of traditional vine growers, they have native vines that are over 60 years old such as Xarel·lo, Parellada or Macabeo. The harvest is carried out when the grapes reach their optimum ripeness. It is fermented at low temperature and then fermented for a second time in the bottle in the cellar for a minimum of 16 months. Tradition method.
Dibon Brut Selección is a sparkling wine with fruity and pastry aromas and aged notes. On the palate it is pleasant, fresh, vivacious and persistent.
