The Joy Fantastic Description

In the spring of 2021 we grafted .50 acres of Pinot Noir over to Gamay.  The bud wood for these grafts came from the historic and lovely 7 Springs Vineyard in the Willamette Valley of Oregon.  2022 is the second release of our Gamay. The wine is fermented with 25% whole bunches and is bright, spicy with fine acidity and moderate alcohol of 12.5%
