In 2020 we sought to add a clean, pure Orange wine to our So Fresh brand via this line’s trademark, low extraction, carbonic fermentation technique. We realized the ideal Orange wine needed three elements and we have sought out three different varietals for each. Pinot Gris gives color, and rich, thick texture. Early picked Chardonnay gives balancing acid and zesty citrus. Finally, Gewürztraminer gives us exotic tropical fruit and the lion’s share of the wafting perfume on the nose.
