Beautiful Saint Roche Lavender and white peach color. The nose brings fresh white peaches, lemon peel and clementine to the rim of the glass. This wine reflects the lush fruits of Santa Barbara County and crisp salinity and limestone of the unique, ocean driven coastline terroir. Bright, dry and fresh acidity on the palate is balanced out by the roundness of the clementine.

Vinification:
The 2023 Grenache Rose was picked at 23.5 bricks. Bringing it into the winery the wine was fermented in a stainless steel fermenter at cold temperatures for three weeks to retain aromas. It was racked off of its gross lees after primary fermentation but aged on the fine lees for 5 months in the same stainless steel vessel. It was then Fined with bentonite and lightly filtered. This process created a beautifully crisp and elegant rose wine that boasts clementine citrus and white peaches. 112 cases produced
