The 2022 Joseph Drouhin Chablis 'Vaudon' just arrived from France and this Chardonnay is pure as a summer's day! This historic estate dates back to 1880 and they have an incredible collection of top vineyard sites that go into this wine from their Drouhin-Vaudon estate. All of their farming is done organically and bio-dynamically without chemical pesticides. This wine greets you with luscious apples, white flowers, crisp pear, and racy chalk and wet stone notes that are impossible to resist. On the palate, this wine is propelled by a core of citrus and crunchy mineral! This Chablis is utterly crushable!
