Fermented by foot stomping whole clusters in tank and then extended barrel ageing in old French oak barrels for 4 years! This wine has many lives to live and stories to tell. There is nothing round, soft, or fruity about this beast. Layers of cocoa, leather and hints of the dark side of the moon on the pallet. This is the kind of Cab they used to make in California.
