"The 2021 Pinot Noir Hirsch Vineyard is gorgeous, with a floral perfume of fresh roses, raspberry eau de vie, fresh coniferous herbs, and spice. Medium-bodied, this stunning wine has wonderful transparency, with fine sweet tannins, ripe red berries, and fresh flowers. Its fabulous, mineral-laced texture lasts for days, and while it will certainly have serious longevity, it’s irresistible now. Drink 2023-2043."
"The 2021 Pinot Noir Hirsch Vineyard marries effusive aromatics with intense, dark fruit. There is something fleeting about the Hirsch that is hard to describe, but it's there in elements that are a bit disassociated. It will be interesting to see if this comes together more fully over time."
