Doctor's Orders Description

Organically farmed vineyard a stones throw from the ocean in Santa Barbara (Hope Ranch) this gorgeous wine is our take on a California Grand Cru Chablis. The grapes were hand picked, whole cluster pressed, barrel fermented in neutral french oak and aged sur-lies for 2.5 years with extended bottle aging.
