This is our most popular Cotes Du Rhone of 2024! Comprised of 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah: this tastes more like a baby Chateauneuf du Pape than a Cotes du Rhone. Ripe red fruits abound on the palate. A dark chocolate kick on the finish gives great depth. It's great for the price!
We recommend this wine to be enjoyed young for its intense crunchy black fruit notes. The mouth displays silky yet bold tannins, red fruit notes and a slightly spicy finish. Grilled red meats (grilled rib steak), delicatessen (game terrine, cured ham) and cheeses will ideally pair with this terroir driven Côtes du Rhône.
Ripe and generous with complex red and black fruit character plus a slew of spice, licorice and old balsamic vinegar aromas. This is an excellent Cotes-du-Rhone that's not a jot too rich. The tannins and bitter chocolate character build impressively at the long finish. Drink or hold.
