Casita de Bravo Description

The 2021 Pinot Gris is coming from Kick On vineyard in the Santa Barbara County AVA. This vineyard site is known for its cool climate Alsatian grape varieties. With little intervention, this wine spent most of it’s life in stainless steel tanks giving it a fresh and fruit driven flavor.

Crisp aromas of lime sorbet, spring grasses and nectarine pull the nose deeply into this bottling. The palate is zippy and energetic, with a tingly acidity that drives through the melon and pear flesh flavors, with jasmine arising on the floral, almost tropical finish.
