 Born and raised in Oxnard, CA, Hugo Tapia's love for wine came while he was a graduate assistant at the University of Southern California, when his beloved mentor poured him a glass of wine and instantly he was mesmerized. Hugo is a high school counselor at Adolfo Camarillo High School where he is passionate about motivating young adults to pursue their dreams and aspirations.
