This cider is 80% organic, heirloom apples (Arkansas black for tannin, Granny Smith for acidity and Pippin for balance), and 20% Prickly Pears, hand-harvested from Ballard township in Santa Barbara County, CA.

Light and refreshing, this will prime your palate. Killer as a starter with appetizers or as a mid-meal palate cleanser. Lower in alcohol and free of added sulfur, this organic pink sparkler is your go-to on a warm day.
