This sparkler is made of 100% Chardonnay grapes from the Brochet family estate in the Loire Valley. In this cool climate, you'll find limestone soils and rolling hills, much like the terroir of Champagne! These wines are made using the 'Champagne Method' with at least a year on their lees during the secondary fermentation in the bottle. The family farms their vineyards organically and biodynamically and they're also certified vegan. Almond blossom flirts with lemon zest on the nose and the palate is full of juicy honey crisp apple, white tea, and Meyer lemon, with just a hint of that toasted brioche biscuity note.
