Mirabeau Description

A pale rosé with peachy reflections. The nose reveals white fruits, reminiscent of sun-kissed vineyard peaches, accompanied by herbaceous Provençal garrigue and a hint of mint. This evolves into a burst of vibrant orange and zesty clementine. On the palate, a silky texture is complemented by a mouth-watering mineral note, perfectly reflecting its provenance.

The 2025 Rosé Pure is a classically styled, super-crushable Provençal Rosé that ticks all the boxes. Apricot, white cherry, toasted spices, cream-topped berries and grapefruit zest all explode across the palate with real panache. The acids, though bright, are particularly well calibrated and integrated. The 2025 impresses most with its sense of proportion.
