Honeyed orange, white flowers, and hints of minerality all emerge from the 2025 Viognier Central Coast, a smoking Viognier that reminds me of a Côte Vernon from Vernay in some sense, though from a cool vintage. It's medium-bodied, fresh, focused, and seamless on the palate, and it shows so beautifully. Don't miss this; it's going to be a smoking value. Drink bottles over the coming 4-6 years. Drink 2026-2032.
